Title: EVP of Sales
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Pay Range: $250K-$325K Base + Bonus
Our client has a 30+year history in the distribution of building materials for both commercial and residential applications. They have had consistent growth over the last 10 years and are looking to add an Executive VP of Sales to lead and optimize the strategies for 3 separate verticals.

Position Summary
- Create and execute strategies for the entire sales organization.
- Manage 3 business verticals, each with it’s own Head of Sales reporting to you.
- Reporting to the President, provide updates on the companies sales performance.
- Work with the Heads of Sales for each department (A&D Sales, Dealer Sales, Builder Sales) on existing sales team development as well as hiring strategies.
Skills/Requirements
- 10+ Years’ of Sales Management Experience in the construction, building materials, or other relevant space.
- 3+ years’ experience leading a minimum of $250M+ business in a related industry
- Ability to travel 50%+ nationally
- Strong aptitude for building strategic plans with large sales forces that have multiple teams / verticals.
